Q: Did you get my order, I got a confirmation number but didn’t get a e-mail.

A: Yes, our system has a direct link with our website, your order number is all you need. Please check your SPAM folder, if you cannot find it in your Inbox.

Q: I haven’t received my parts yet what should I do?

A: You shall receive a tracking number after we ship out your order. Please check the delivery status on carrier's web site. If you have not received a tracking number more that 7-10 days please contact us, and we will be happy to check on your order.

Q: Is my part still available? It is for an older model reel?

A: In this case it is better to email us than process an order online. Discontinued parts obviously will not ship. When you contact us, we can verify what we have and what you are looking for in stock. Please have your exact model number of your reel, and part numbers when you send us your inquiry.

Q: Do you back-order parts?

A: We normally do not back-order parts, we try to ship all orders complete. If we cannot complete your order we will contact you by email in a reasonable time period. Please refer to our Shipping&Return Policy page.

Q: How do I cancel an order?

A: Please send us an email within two (2) business days after you placed your order to modify or cancel any online order. Have your Order number ready.
